About Marc
Marc graduated from St. Lawrence University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Political Science and History.
Following graduation, Marc worked in the environmental field as a home energy consultant. He has since spent time with the Becket/Chimney Corners YMCA and the Mount Snow Resort Mountain Rescue Team. He continues to be an active volunteer with both organizations.
In 2004, Marc moved to East Africa and volunteered as a field worker for a small Nairobi, Kenya based NGO. Prior to returning home in 2005, he had the opportunity to travel the region and spent time studying Swahili. This was his second stay in Kenya; his first trip occurred during a 6-month semester abroad program. Upon returning home, Marc began work with Shop for America, an online e-commerce website dedicated to promoting and selling American-made consumer products.
In late-January, 2006, Marc was hired as the senior political aide to Ned Lamont. Throughout the campaign he worked closely with campaign leadership to help manage media events, prepare background research and execute Ned’s daily schedule and message. He continued in this role for the duration of the campaign.
In the beginning of 2007, Marc began work in his current job as a program manager for a small investment group in Greenwich, CT.
